TCNE, Tiffany Club of New England, is a social and support organization for the transgender community. TCNE proudly hosts the First Event transgender conference each January. First Event has grown into one of the largest trans gatherings in the world and is the only major winter conference. Join us in historic Boston for fun, friendship and facts to plan your journey. Come out of the cold for loads of entertainment, workshops and activities! First Event 2018 will be held January 30th to February 4th, 2018 at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlboro, Massachusetts and welcomes all gender variant and questioning persons, their families, allies, and professionals to celebrate, meet old friends, make new friends, teach and learn from each other at one of the oldest and largest transgender conferences in the world.

The Gender Identity Center of Colorado, Inc. is a non-profit corporation organized to provide support to those people who cross dress, are transsexual, transgender, or are non-traditional in their gender identity. The Gender Identity Center is also an informational and educational resource to the community at large. We are available to anyone, male or female, who can benefit from our services or resources. The Southern Comfort Conference has built a reputation as a safe place for LGBT people with a familial atmosphere, and aims at inclusiveness. It attracts people from all over the United States, offering the opportunity for social and other interaction.From the conference's founding in 1991 until 2014, the conference was held in Atlanta, GA. At the conclusion of the 2014 Southern Comfort Conference, the board of directors announced that SCC would move to Ft Lauderdale Florida where the conference can continue the education and community it started with while adding an element of vacation to the conference.
