If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us for a resolution.  We aim to have happy and pleased customers.  All garments MUST be clean and in new condition, other than trying on for fit and function.  If not your return will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please give us a call to make arrangements for your return.

What is your returns policy?

 

All garments MUST be clean and in new condition, other than trying on for fit and function.  If not your return will not be accepted.

  

Veronicas have a 30 day guarantee against defects in workmanship and materials.  Once you have received your Veronica, please try it on over your panties and under your feminine clothes to check the shape. (Please see First try-on for instructions.)

If, after you have adjusted the placement of the pads and you are not pleased with the result, return the garment and pads to CCI for adjustments. Please include a detailed letter, letting us know how we need to reshape the padding to attain the desired look.  We will make adjustments free of charge, exempting postage.

BUT, the garment must be as new and not soiled.

If you return a garment to us for adjustments and it is soiled, we will charge a cleaning fee of $20.00 (USD).

If after our adjustments, you are still unhappy, return the unused garment for a full refund.  CCI will not exchange used clothing for new.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do ship internationally but please contact us for a shipping quote as they vary per country and by weight. 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order ships we will provide you with tracking information.  In the case of domestic orders to the United States tracking will be provided by USPS.  For international orders tracking will be provided based on country / location of delivery.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Most shipments domestically in the United States will be via USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping.  For International orders it will vary based on country / location of delivery,
